“The repair workers who came to the house were excellent!
My furnace was not working, and I had no heat in my house. The furnace needed a new motor and another new part. I waited over a month for the parts to arrive.
Zilka was kind and forthcoming about the long wait for the parts, but ultimately, having to wait as long as I did with no heat was unacceptable, whatever way you slice it. If I hadn’t had another place to stay, I would have been out of luck.
Also, considering the unacceptably long wait, Zilka should have offered some kind of courtesy discount on SOMETHING. They didn’t offer any such thing.
I stress that the repair workers were excellent. The company was poor.”
