“I just had my 1973 boiler replaced (10/8/24) – Lalit and his team did a fantastic job. The removal of the old boiler and the installation of the new boiler went very smoothly and took two days rather than their scheduled three days. Their attention to all details is fantastic. Also, I think William's pre-installation analysis helped with how well things went.”

She was very polite and professional and after I told her what was going on, she went right to the problem explained to me what needed to be done and made the necessary repair. “Great company. Installed my furnace and ac, and does maintenance and repairs. Came home to a very hot house after hours last night. The technician was out within an hour and made the repair. In my experiences, Zilka has always been 100% dependable, fair and accomplished the purpose.”
