“The repair workers who came to the house were excellent!
My furnace was not working, and I had no heat in my house. The furnace needed a new motor and another new part. I waited over a month for the parts to arrive.
Zilka was kind and forthcoming about the long wait for the parts, but ultimately, having to wait as long as I did with no heat was unacceptable, whatever way you slice it. If I hadn’t had another place to stay, I would have been out of luck.
Also, considering the unacceptably long wait, Zilka should have offered some kind of courtesy discount on SOMETHING. They didn’t offer any such thing.
I stress that the repair workers were excellent. The company was poor.”

“I just had my 1973 boiler replaced (10/8/24) – Lalit and his team did a fantastic job. The removal of the old boiler and the installation of the new boiler went very smoothly and took two days rather than their scheduled three days. Their attention to all details is fantastic. Also, I think William's pre-installation analysis helped with how well things went.”

“Great company. Installed my furnace and ac, and does maintenance and repairs. Came home to a very hot house after hours last night. The technician was out within an hour and made the repair. In my experiences, Zilka has always been 100% dependable, fair and accomplished the purpose.”

“I wish I could give them 10 stars. They sold my father a new A.S furnace and AC in 2007. It is a great unit and still going strong. 2 yrs ago repair was a blower motor still under warranty and last week ended up being a faulty ignition device after much patient testing. Kai was my tech and he is an honest gold bar and blessing. Very professional and dedicated to investigating the problem to confidently KNOW exactly what part needs to be replaced. He could have recommended a guess to sell more than just the failing part and went on with his busy schedule and I would be none the wiser. He investigated the problem until he knew he was being honest with what was needed. Thank you so much for being an honest professional. Glad to recommend Zilka, If you need help, they are worth the wait, I will make the easy choice to call them again if needed and fully recommend them to anyone needing help. Thank you again Kai!”

Purchased a new AC unit from them last year and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. They were professional installers and went above and beyond. If you’re within their service area, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
I have used Zilka Heating and Cooling for many years. Twice this month my heating went out and both times I would call it an emergency with outdoor temps below 20 degrees. Both times they arrived within a few hours, acquired the parts, and returned to replace them. We never had to leave the house. I can’t thank them enough!
